Green Again

Testing

Is it a wall or is it the ground? It’s actually just my yard. This is the equivalent of “I don’t know what else to take a picture of without standing up from my super comfy seat” on the way into the house in the evening.

Yardage

It’s six, and it’s light out, and it feels too early for such things. I know it’s not, because summer, but it’s been a long winter, and I was getting used to not having the sun. Now I suppose I’ll get used to having the sun, and get disappointed in the fall when it starts to go away again. Ah, what a vicious cycle of sunrise/set times.

In Need Of

Our grass is looking kind of patchy, but I don’t mind. My lawn is small. I have a youth who knows how to operate a mower. I don’t have to mow my own lawn this summer ever, and neither does my husband! This is quite awesome. I am quite excited. There’s also little flowers there, which we enjoy seeing, and you may notice my weed in the upper left corner. I should probably take care of him before he makes babies. Tsk.

Mossy moss

Kind of looks like teeth, eh? There’s a grass lump between the center tooth and the one just to its right that will really take some flossing to get worked out. Photo taken the day it was supposed to storm between ten and five, and ended up not storming until five, when we ran out in it and got drenched. It was amazing and awful, and I’m happily back in dry clothes, now. Thankfully.
